Welcome to Ballet Support Foundation

Letter from the Founder and Producer.
Ballet Support Foundation is my dream which now has come to fruition, and it is my privilege to share this performance of magic with you. As a former Ballerina, my life has been immersed in the world of ballet, and all of the joy and elation it brings. The feeling of soaring on stage, touching audiences who are inspired by our craft, is unequaled. I am also keenly aware of the special efforts and sacrifices made by ballet dancers who work for years to achieve their moments performing. I am proud to bring together so many principal dancers from the great ballet stages of the world, together for only two nights, for an unprecedented performance over the holidays. I am so grateful to these dancers for joining me in this great initiative, and I am looking forward to their amazing performance as much as you! This is only one of the reasons I founded "Ballet Support Foundation" to present such spectacular shows, and we have more planned in future to unfold in New York, Palm Beach, across the U.S. and overseas. The Foundation took shape during the pandemic, so dancers who were "shuttered" could have online classes and communication across the miles. Today, we help ballet students in their formative years and continue to follow the careers of so many dancers, supporting their simple and complex needs in front of the curtain and behind the scenes. My gratitude is extended to Anka Palitz, the Matriarch of Ballet, who lives and breathes our art as if she is herself a ballerina on stage, leaves me breathless! And, having Steven Caras as our Ballet Heritage Ambassador completes the picture... with the Emmy-Award winning documentary of his journey, we recognise his talents in ballet and as the extraordinary photographer who has captured such memorable moments of exceptional dancers frozen in memorium on film. Thank you for joining us, and I hope my dream becomes your inspiration. Lola Abigail Koch Founder, Ballet Support Foundation
